ACBBB Restaurant Sign-Up 2025

Okay Wichita Restaurants, we want to see what you're made of.

We're inviting you to the Air Capital Bacon, Bourbon, & Brews event on Saturday, July 12, 2025. By participating in this event, you will be interacting with up to 2,000 fellow beer, bourbon, and bacon lovers. Park City Arena will provide you with 30 lbs of Hormel bacon and a $300 cash stipend. All guests are given voting coins and are encouraged to vote for their favorite bacon dish. The winning restaurant will receive a trophy and all the glory as the winner of the 2025 ACBBB Best Bacon Dish!

All restaurants will be featured on the event website, on social media, and in e-blasts to over 100,000 newsletter subscribers. You're also welcome to hand out coupons or other promotional materials to the guests that stop by your booth.

What we would need from you:
-Up to 1,500 bite-sized samples of your creative bacon dish
-Be set up in your 10x10 booth by 1:30 PM on the day of the event
-Address that you want 30lbs of bacon delivered to approximately 10 days prior to the event
-The form below filled out and submitted
-Provide proof of Limited Liability Insurance and transfer said insurance to Park City Arena for the day
-Proper food handling and safety
-Copy of your food license and your W9
-Signage and/or decor for your 10x10 booth
